I recently enjoyed a truly excellent stay at this farm resort. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. What truly stood out was the host's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to unwind, this farm resort is a perfect choice.

Location in the middle of the buffer zone enables the sighting of wild life within the Jungle Hut area (elephants, bear, deer and so on)! Staff is so helpful and customer-oriented. From the guards, to the restaurant employees to the hosts - everyone is extremly friendly! They have a very good bird-specialist with whom you can go on interesting walks. Food is really delicious. The perfect place for a carefree package!

The best place to stay in Masinagudi. Loved the location and the ambience of the place. It is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by Nilgiri hills on one side and the Masinagudi forest. The staff and the caretaker were very good, very friendly and they took care of us very well.

It is a Serene and nice place. Well looked after place. You would not expect a plush room / facility in the middle of no where. The staff are eager to serve you and make your stay as pleasent as possible. A bonfire was setup for our group. Dinner served around the bonfire. Little things like this made the experience great.

The personal and courteous service from the polite staff at Willow Hill will always be fondly remembered. Mr. Laxminarayanan, a true hospitality industry professional, met us on arrival and handled our check-in. His presence at the main desk was re-assuring. Willow Hills appears to be a recently built property. Therefore all facilities were new and in working order. Everything worked perfectly, including the internet, telephone, electricity, plumbing, elevators etc. (Ooty has number of 'heritage hotels' with woefully inadequate service facilities which has ruined many a short stays). We drove to Ooty and the hotel provided spacious parking facility for private cars. We were assigned the Cypress Room, which had the view of the mountains and the green valley, that was both pleasing and invigorating. The spacious interiors were tastefully fitted out. The large king size bed had comfortable mattress and pillows. The black-out curtains were greatly appreciated. The hotel included breakfast and dinner along with cost of accommodations. This was a welcome gesture on their part. The quality of dining offered at the 'Bird of Paradise' restaurant with excellent, with high marks for service and quality to their Chef, Mr. Joyce. I found him and his staff to be hardworking and keenly interested in delivering excellent quality to the guests.

Homely atmosphere. The hospitality of Mrs. and Mr. Hussain will be cherished forever. They made us feel at home. Very calm location and the view around is spectacular. The food was freshly prepared and reasonably priced. Glad that I found the property after a research of more than a week. The stay is just as in the photos.

This property is away from main town, quiet and peaceful. Not hard at all to reach from bus stand, auto will take around 200 INR to reach. If you’re a trekker, easy walk for 2.7 km. If you have a vehicle, it’s not hard to follow google map, adjacent road is wide and there is parking space available inside the property. This is a British property and rooms have been maintained and renovated - meticulously and appropriately to give the comfort it was meant to be. Whether you want a budget smaller room or going in with group to get a separate villa with 2 bed rooms, you are empowered with options. Food is good value for price, tastes amazing, freshly cooked, just remember to place order early in time. Staff are very helpful, welcoming and warm. The garden is well crafted and designed, going inside it will soothe the eyes with how plants are placed, maintained. You will only see forest tree land all around the property. The decor inside rooms follow the same pattern of passion, colour of wall or the hangings, furniture in rooms or the lights, there is a touch of deep thoughtful attention to detail in everything. You’ll walk in with a broad smile into either of the rooms and their large toilets. After booking, the response was very quick. We confirmed our stay with an amount. Over call I spoke with both Amrendra and Antara incidentally, and the warm welcome I sensed over just a telephonic interaction was enough to indicate the nature of these two souls. Like a movie has a trailer and then the actual unfolding, my spouse and I went there with anticipations and came back with two new friends. They have a different way of hosting guests. It’s a lot of passion that they put in. The way they speak, the way they welcome. It’s not something I’ve seen in my life. Not often you come across people like that in your life, forget about hosts in a homestay property in an extremely popular tourist destination.
