Comfortable room and they allowed us an early check-in since our flight arrived early to Mumbai. The restaurant menu looked wonderful, but we didn't get to try it because we had food elsewhere. Very attentive staff and obviously well-trained in their jobs. It's hard to go wrong with this hotel

This apartment exceeded expectations. Staff were very helpful and communicated well with quick replies etc to any messages. The apartment was very clean. There is a washing machine like we have in UK (fully automatic!) which was a pleasant surprise. The AC works well in both rooms - bedroom and living room also. The manager also kindly let us leave our luggage in the place as we had a late flight - this was extremely kind and much appreciated.

Location, the hotel was perfect for my Stay. All the staff are exceptionally warm, and great at their tasks. I had a wonderful stay. It's the small things that count for example At breakfast at the 17th floor executive lounge I was accommodated for a later arrival, however whay was exceptional was that the Chef the next day remembered my exact order.
