The Saratoga is a beautiful little pub a comfortable drive from Waterford. It is "in the country" so to speak. We loved it - the staff treated you like family, were super friendly and helpful. The room was great and the breakfast superb. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we were back that way. Recommended.

Nicholas was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hostel was spotless, kitchen well equiped. Able to heat food we had taken. Signage on road entry helpful.
