Exceptional property in beautiful rural location, suited our family group perfectly. Spacious; relaxed feel and use of outdoor dining area enhanced the summer feeling; great character and furnished to suit; good wifi; kitchen well equipped and good laundry facilities. Cathy was the ultimate host, nothing was too much for her. We arrived on a hot day and she even turned up with an ice-cream for each of us. The breakfast was possibly the best I have ever had, did not need to eat the rest of the day.

Margaret was absolutely amazing ... we were greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our rooms, which were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Night away for a treat for our daughter , lovely and warm , clean , fresh , well equipped with everything we needed , beds were comfy and she loved the hot tub and riding lesson ! Plus the goat and chickens 😁 will be back

Absolutely gorgeous little cottage. Spotlessly clean , wish we’d been in summer as the newly laid garden & shrubs would be the perfect place to sit with a cuppa! Everything there that you could want. Lots of lovely little personal touches like doggy treats , hot water bottles & the just came in before we arrived and had the fire burning away! We came in a wagon and Angela & her husband organised safe parking for us. They couldn’t do enough for us
