Breakfast was delicious. Rosemary always has coffee, tea and toast available with biscuits or scones when we were around during the day. It's not possible to go hungry 😊 We were very well taken care of! The views across the fields with beautiful horses and a greeting from the dogs made us feel right at home. This place is the last word. Everything is thought through, just like being at home. The attention to detail and finish on the home is exquisite. There is a fully stocked larder so you only need to bring actual food, and Tayto and crusty bread on arrival for a tasty crisp sandwich! The little fresh flowers everywhere were an added finish. The location is very close to Loughcrew Cairn and close to the village of Fore which has a cafe and two pubs. Eoin is a brilliant host and always responsive to queries. The perfect country escape, and exactly what we wanted.

The views alone were beautiful, then you step inside and the cottage was so lovely and absolutely spotless, there was a fantastic outside space to hang out, my kids and myself had a great time and want to go back for a longer stay and Sinead was so friendly and so helpful with directions and advice on where to eat and how to get to the shops. I couldn't recommend it more and will be returning.
