The location was in a peaceful rural setting with restaurants and pubs nearby. The continental breakfast was substantial with fresh fruit salad, fruit, cereals, bread, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee. The apartment is very spacious with full kitchen so we could cook if we wanted and then lounge comfortably on the two sofas afterwards. The property is in the heart of the village and a short trip downstairs brings you into the fun and genuine atmosphere of the village pub where guests get a chance to mix with the locals. Great chippy across the way. Con is a gracious host and made us feel welcome to the B&B and to the village of Knockbridge. Come here if you want to experience real Ireland.
