We had an amazing time: Lovely and helpful staff, clean room, great view from the common area which are great to relax. It really ticks most of the boxes and even comes with a free gym aka the hill that you need to walk up to get there :D Laundry service and food available at extra cost too.

The host was the best woman we ever met. She was really helpful and willing to give us any kind of information. She helped us with moving around letting us her scooter and also dropped us off at the airport. If you want to feel confortable and in good hands, this hostel is the best option in Padang.

I absolutely loved my stay at The ZHM Premiere Padang! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the city. The hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop pool, were a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It is a rather simple hotel in downtown near the central bazaar. The room walls were dirty, in urgent need of a fresh paint. The bed was comfortable, the AC was working properly, An unbelievably loud mosque next door, except for the 5 daily prayer calls, transmits prayers and Quran reading in Arabic during the day. Earplugs are not enough.

    - Good location with everything for daily needs either close by or just a short Grab ride away - Room was well equipped and very clean - Although we didn't meet the official owners, the family of them that lives on the property is extremely nice and always willing to help. The brother helped us to buy mosquito spray for an upcoming trip and the family was storing our bags for us free of charge while we were on the Mentawai island.

    - We stayed in the upper room. The private balcony was really nice. - The dishes served were delicious - Free tee & coffee as well as water - Easy and affordable motor bike rental (which is needed because of the location)
