Our room was a pleasant surprise..... Comfy bed, clean room with a modern design! The hotel had a great location... In the center of the city. The quality of furnishings and the interior decor was very good. Whoever has designed the interiors has very good taste. The beds were very comfortable, the balcony was quite elegant, and there was a nice kitchen area, more than enough for our needs. The UrbanRent team were very responsive over chat on booking.com, and we never felt ignored or at a loss for information about our stay. Great work guys, keep it up, we will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Room was clean and lovely. The bed was soo comfortable and big. Hotel staff was friendly. We also included breakfast and it was really great, fresh. Location was good for getting easily with the metro or tram to the city center. We also went to a concert so the location to the arena was in perfect walkable distance. On the upper level there is a skybar which was great with nice cocktail options.

Breakfast was perfect, we were shocked when we see the buffet and the bakery products. Everything was perfect but the breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Rooms were spacious, everything was brand new in the rooms and the pillows were really comfortable. Check-in was really good as well, the staff were really nice, the person on the deck offered us anything from the bar while we were waiting for the completion of our check-in. Rest of the staff including the housekeeping staff were really kind as well. The rooms were cleaned every day. Lastly, the location is really good, St. Stephen's Basilica is walking distance and there is a metro station aprox. 200-300 metres away from the hotel.
