This is a small boutique hotel with on 36 rooms that packs a big punch! We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were perfect in size, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate. There is a bus that goes to the old town for just 2.50 euros and for a return trip after 5pm our fare back to the hotel was free. The hotel is close to a bakery, supermarket etc and just a good place to stay. I would book again.

Exceptionally beautiful location, right next to the sea! Our rooms overlooked the Adriatic....and that was just terrific. The rooms were big. The hotel was very modern, and very clean. The gym was small, but well kept. The breakfast was terrific! The location also was perfect, just 1.6 kms from Lapad. Overall it was a terrific experience we had!

Stylish hotel with smallish but great swimming pools, lots of sun-bed with umbrella options, lots of restaurants options as the other hotels are side by side. We had the Panoramic sea views which were exceptional and worth the extra money.

We’ve visited Dubrovnik the past four years and I much prefer a location such as this one, just outside the Pile Gate. This apartment is perfectly situated. Just a stone’s throw from a little beach and the Pile Gate. Very convenient for any activity! The apartment was spacious and had everything you might want, including a large dining table. The owner lives on site and was super friendly and helpful. It felt like visiting an old friend!
