The cabin is located right on the bank of the lake, offering a stunning view once you leave the compound (there is a fence there for security reasons!) and the inside is cute and cosy. The kitchen equipment is slightly limited but was good enough for some tacos in front of the lake. The staff were very friendly and patient (I arrived not knowing it was cash-only, but they were trusting enough to let me go to the cash machine in my own time). Situated about 5 minutes walk from the village, it doesn't take long to reach the restaurants and bars, though is far enough to not be bothered by the noise.

I really enjoyed my time at Casa Guillermo Batz. Located in a more quiet part of San Pedro both restaurants and shop was close by. The host Melissa was fantastic making breakfast each morning at 8 AM and could answer any question you might have whether things to do in San Pedro or how to get to the other small towns around the lake. I stayed in the dorm, which was a large room with two bunk beds sharing the bathroom with some of the private rooms. Everything was clean. Thank you Melissa for providing such a wonderful stay in San Pedro.

This was a great spot that looked family owned and run. It was very clean. It was a relaxing spot close to town but far enough away to not hear any noise. Hot showers, comfy bed, and a great price. It also had a common area for kitchen

The beds were comfy and it was nice having a private room. The Hostel is in a quieter part of San Pedro and around the corner there is an excellent restaurant, Jaaku, and an excellent cafe, Tornado's.

The location is a bit further to the hill but it is worth the climb as you will get the ultimate view over the lake. The room was clean and spotted. Very warm water in the shower was just a bonus. It was simple but very satisfying.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is kept very clean and tidy, and our room was serviced half way through our stay which we really appreciated. The free breakfast (eggs, pancakes and banana) was very yummy, and the coffee always hot and fresh. The garden is a lovely spot to hang out in and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The location was very convenient, as it is a short walk from the main centre but still far enough away to be quiet at night. The hosts are also very kind and helpful :)
