I booked my stay because of other people's glowing reviews I found online about this hotel. And boy, they were 100% correct. We should be all so lucky to stay at this hotel, with all its genuine high standard hospitality offered and fabulous views of sea. Great breakfast was as well. Great atmosphere. Even the cleaners have smiles on their faces. Well done.

The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa. I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house. No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind. The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.). Everything was clean and new. Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches. I strongly recommend it.

It was a very nice stay and great apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus the living room area. It was very clean and we had no problems or comments on this front :) The place is practically new and you have what you need for both shorter and longer stays. It doesn't have a large cooking area, but you have 2 electric stoves (no oven). It is not a large area, so maybe a little impractical if you want to cook most of the time or plan on making larger meals/ dishes. For us it was enough for breakfast (lunch and dinner were on the go/ in the towns). It has a nice outside lounge area, it is very green all around and also quiet and peaceful (which we liked very much). The house is on a bit of a hill, and the drive up to the parking is a little steep (but even with our old car it was manageable :)) You also have then another short climb up to the house/ rooms, so just be aware of this. The location is also close to restaurants, supermarkets and a nice bakery/ coffee place. This is where we got our daily coffee (plus the exercise to and from in the morning). Also very close are the public bus stations and you have a bit of a walk to the Troulos beach (15 min). We used our car daily to get around to the beaches, which is very convenient on this western side of the island (very nice beaches all around), but there were also many buses which we see stopping next to all of the beaches up to Koukounaries (and a short walk to Agia Eleni).

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such beauty every day was truly special. The room was cleaned daily, and everything was always spotless. Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

Very clean, modern and close to the port and center/old town- around 5-7 minute walk. The room was nice, shower with adjustable led lights, big comforfable bed, fridge with free waters. Some rooms also had balconies, which is nice. The hotel is in a quiet part, but still close to the center. Reception girl was very helpful with suggesting where to swim, eat and what to do. Communication via Whatsapp is also possible! Very attentive and helpful! 😊

    Wow! The welcome we received was warm and friendly. The location for us was ideal , near a shop, great gyros cafe, the beach, the buses! The property was beautifully maintained, super clean. All staff were beyond brilliant! 🤩 And Martha’s cocktails 👌🏻

    We loved it here ❤️ Perfect location, spotlessly clean, stress free, fully relaxed and so pretty.. It was exactly what we needed and better than expected. Great family run, organised perfectly but with a relaxed atmosphere. Great fresh food. Amazing apartment clean, spacious apartment. Thank you we will be back!!

    Everything was perfect! Chrisa was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the useful information and recommending places to visit. The apartment was spotless, with a huge terrace and balcony. The location is very convenient, situated along the bus route for easy access to the town and Koukounaries Beach. We even walked to Elias Beach, which took 1 hour and 20 minutes through a beautiful pine forest and mountains. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be coming back!

    Everything was absolutely fine. We had a wonderful time in this lovely accommodation. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The host Vasilis was very very friendly, sympathetic and hospitable and we felt very much welcome. Vasilis was always in contact with us and gave us great tips. The location of the accommodation was perfect, only 3 minutes walk away. There are some good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

    The hosts! Luliana and her son Foris are the most lovely people who could not do enough for us. The apartment in the Villa was so peaceful in beautiful well kept grounds. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is ideal , close to bus stop 18 and within walking distance of the local beach which is stunning.
