Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

A short walk from Fira's main street and close to the bus station, this hotel is great for visiting on a budget and can really unlock your ability to visit Santorini. The rooms were recently refurnished and it really shows with how nice and clean it was. They offer tours which seem nice and reasonably priced, but we didn't take them since we had already done many of the items on the tour and had other plans already. It's family owned and we had a great chat with the owner's daughter who was running the reception who gave us a lot of good advice.

Very beautiful, modern, small hotel. The staff were amazing, we even got our room earlier than expected because we arrived early in the morning. They also store your luggage after check out if needed. The room has everything you need - even a hairdrier and iron. The location is great. 2 min away from the bus station, so if you arrive from the airport you can walk to the accommodation. Its alo close to restaurants, very close to view points of calderas. The pool area is nice as well.

We have stayed in Alaso design few days for few days, it is located in city centre which you have access to the square were many restaurants and shops are located, the hotel is brand new, almost one month old, , the interior design is very modern, the bed was very comfortable, there is Nespresso coffee machine you can enjoy your coffee every morning, breakfast was really good and fresh. The hot tube was beyond expectation! Hospitality was great especially Fya the receptionist, she took care of us so much, she booked for us cruise, buggy, Taxi and gave us a lot of tips about the Island, she is a great person thanks Fya for being such amazing host. If I go back to Santorini again I will book Alaso design again for sure, So I recommend it!

The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the views were gorgeous. Well located right in the middle of town. Service was excellent and Anastasia was fantastic and such a help with everything. I would highly recommend! I have nothing but praise for the staff and the amenities.

    Great facilities. Loved our room. Location was ideal! Short walk to centre of Fira. Would defo stay here again. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.     Very clean hotel and suites, nicely decorated with unique sea view and great signal of WI-FI in whole venues. We enjoyed the outdoor private non-heated jetted tub. Despite no reception or breakfast service, the arrival housekeeping, wine and mineral water were wonderful extras. The Central Bus Station is just a few meters away, a making it an ideal location for exploring. You simply have to witness this for yourself. It's an unforgettable experience!

    This is a wonderful hotel and very affordable price; it is a must stay. It was very clean and the breakfasts were very good. The location is so convenient; very near the cable cars and Donkey trail to the old port. Very close to the rim of the caldera with a wonderful view. The gentleman at the front desk is very approachable and very helpful. My bed and room were made up when I returned; Room was tidied very clean. Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel.

    This family business made us feel very happy and helped to have a nice, comfortable stay. The location is great, very close to the centre, just be prepared for comfortable shoes as Santorini has a lot of ups and downs in walking. Very clean place, and the staff was super polite and helpful with everything.Very affordable place. I definitely recommended it!

    The staff were absolutely fantastic. Very very helpful and so nice to deal with. Rooms were spotless and comfy, even had a mini fridge. Pool area was fantastic and also very clean. Close to the town only a 3 minute walk but hotel is still nice and quiet.

    Everything was perfect, very clean and spotless place - host is very friendly and welcoming, with all great tips for visits around the island. Location is the best, just few mins from the main street with all atractions. Jacuzzi is nice add on to suites, with lot of privacy. There are no turists around taking pictures while you are enjoying in jacuzzi, which is important if you seek for privacy.

Great air con and useful to have mini fridge for water, but no other kitchen facilities. Great price for a budgeting couple in Santorini, cheaper than hostel private rooms during high season. We would return for this reason!

    Very clean, lovely pool and bar food (which was cheap) and very well made by a lovely lady, using fresh produce from the gardens. The location is 2km from the town centre, but they offer a free shuttle bus there and back. Also transfer to airport, efficient and good price. You can also buy your souvenirs here at workshop prices. The cats were a lovely addition, they are only outside, so as not to interfere with the cleanliness of the property, but are clearly well cared for and well fed, a testimonial to the kindness of the staff.

    We stayed here for 3 days with a friend, the room was large and very clean. We had a room facing the pool. The location is ideal, 10 minutes from the center of Fira on foot. The good thing is that we don't mind the noise in the evening as it's a bit out of the center. Fay is very kind and helpful, she answered all our questions.
