Clean and friendly hotel; we went to the beach every day, but it was nice to dive in the hotel pool when we returned to the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; especially our little girl. We would definitely recommend it and we will go back, if we ever vacation in Hanioti again.

A wonderful place to relax. The owners have provided everything you need for a wonderful holiday by the sea. The hotel is conveniently located near taverns, shops, sulfur springs, beaches, and a church. The room was cleaned daily. The staff is very customer-oriented, from travel advice to calling a taxi. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The place came equipped with every appliance and amenity we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The building is located at the exit of the center of Hanioti. One of your bedrooms will always face a relatively quiet street where a public football field is located, but depending on the apartment that you get, the second bedroom will either face a really quiet corner or a busy shopping street that's active until much past midnight. We faced the busy street, which resulted in some opening/closing of balcony doors and windows during the night to balance fresh air with street noise. The sound insulation of the doors and windows is excellent, so you can shut down the noise, although it could get hot with windows closed. Collecting the keys was super-easy, as the owner was sitting in front of the building when we arrived. The host, Giannis, is extremely pleasant and easy-going, and is available in front of the apartments almost always when you may need him. Phone communication with Giannis' daughter is always an option, in case you need something at other times. I can't remember the last time I was hosted by such wonderful hosts. Any small issue that we ran into was very quickly solved. The apartment is spacious and clean, cleaned every 3-4 days with bedsheet and towel changes. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from amenities such as fast food, restaurants, Masoutis supermarket, and anything else you may need. It is also close to the central beach of Hanioti.
