The property was exactly how it was described and photographed. Everything was refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. There was everything that we needed with the amazing attention to detail. The upkeep of the property was admirable- especially the outdoor area. We absolutely loved the private pool. The location was perfect with it being close to restaurants but quiet too. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming – we felt truly taken care of from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The flat is located right in the central square of Kassiopi, ideal for those who like to live in contact with the village and the culture of the place. The flat had the essentials to be able to cook quick things and had everything you need. Regarding services everything was perfect, the flat was cleaned several times and were also changed towels and sheets really a high level of service. Finally I would like to mention the host a person of rare humanity, he even helped us to get the taxi back, since the driver had taken a wrong turn. I would really like to stay there again and I hope to do so soon, because the host was a man who made people love him like family and his humanity made Kassiopi become a second home for me and for this I really thank him from the bottom of my heart for everything.

Very nice, quite place situated close to restaurants and beaches. The host is helpful and ready to give additional advices if needed. We vere nicely surprised with the number of small gifts/basic things provided by owner (e.g. water, coffee, cosmetics, sample of local alcohols, snacks, mosquito cream and many more). There was also safe parking place on the fenced house area.

Villa Sania is an exceptional property in a fantastic location. It is immaculate and everything that we needed was provided. The beds were really comfortable and there was loads of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The hosts, Mimoza and Jimmy were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful - all the way from the initial booking to when we checked out. We couldn't have a more perfect week. Thank you!

WOW!!! What a villa. All the other reviews echo our own experiences. Fabulous views from the terrace / garden over the infinity pool towards the hills of Albania. The villa is very specious and there were 6 of us and you would hardly know who was where. The pool table was great fun and we were very grateful for the gazebo as shelter from the sun. The poolside "sofa" was fab and there were 7 sun loungers. Easily one of the best villas I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent - an easy 15 min walk into town, supermarket 4 or 5 mins away and if you can't be bothered walking back the taxi is only 5 euros. Karolina our villa manager was so helpful too. The boiler needed a thermostat replaced - all done within 4hrs of us raising the issue - impressive!

An amazing location, close to beaches and shops. House was beautiful and gave us everything we needed to eat in or pop to town to dine. We hired a boat from the harbour to give us access to even more beaches. The castle was a short stroll away and was an interesting experience.
