The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. We loved the cave like bedrooms located on the second level. The hot tub was nice on the roof. The restaurant on site was excellent. A delicious breakfast was included and had many options. We ate dinner at the restaurant as well. The food was delicious and the staff provided friendly and excellent service. Lovely pool and hot tubs in the common area of the hotel.

Would highly recommend! Personable and friendly staff with a clean environment. The suite had a private heated pool which worked wonders and was kept at good temperature all day. Elona was very friendly, approachable and helpful. She assisted with many different inquiries and was very quick to respond. The overall site looked clean all day round and would be a great place to stay for your next holiday. Breakfast was also prepared to order so was freshly made.

Nice hosts, very clean, everything needed in the kitchen, 2 km from Thira center, perfect if you have car. Parking in high season will be a challenge though. Parking in November was just OK.

I loved the stay and the location! it’s within walking distance to the center of Fira. We rented an ATV for the whole trip and parking was super easy. I absolutely loved the room, and the makeup towel was such a thoughtful touch, we girls really appreciated that detail! The transfer service was also amazing, making the trip much more comfortable and stress-free.

Location: perfect, to be close to Oia (20 minutes), Fira (10) and Airport (5). Room: Everything according to the description, double bed in one room and separate beds in the other. Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like I was part of their family. Their warmth and attentiveness were beyond anything I’ve experienced, making the whole stay feel personal and special. It’s a great location only 5 minutes from Fira centre, everything was super accessible via scooter/quad bikes. The property itself was spotless, with a spacious room that was incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was taken care of, from the top notch amenities to the pristine cleanliness. It was a true home away from home. The swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind, especially after a busy day of exploring. What really stood out was how the team went out of their way to make our experience even better. They helped us with motorbikes and quad bike rentals, arranged amazing tours, and took care of our airport transfers. They even offered laundry services so thoughtful! Plus, the coffee, breakfast, and cold beverages they offer at the reception were a nice touch that made each morning even better. I love that this is a family-run business. You can really feel the care and attention they put into everything. I’d recommend reaching out directly to book your stay they’re incredibly accommodating and happy to work with you to ensure you have the best possible experience. I can’t wait to come back!

    This is not a hotel to spend a vacation at, but mostly a hotel to use when you need a cheap place to sleep with a close location to Thira and to the bus station. It was a nice detail though that they gave us our room when we arrived for a very early check in around 7am, and the breakfast was also quite good with an additional cost of 7€ which you must be prepared to pay with cash. The price for this hotel is very affordable.

    Very good stay at the bonsai luxury suites, discreet and accommodating staff. Very clean accommodation with a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Ideal location with a car/quad rental. A bus stop is also available 2 steps from the accommodation. I recommend without problem.

    The room was very clean and had heating and air conditioning which was appreciated. The staff were very helpful with any request and questions we had. They organised transfers and taxis and were cheaper than an external agency. the location is great if you have a car or are taking the bus to travel to other places in the island as it is quiet and there are shops and cafes around. The room and pension looked exactly like the photos, I would recommend coming here if you are visiting Santorini.
