Whole apartment is lovely, very spacious and bright, comfortable, new appliances all working well, huge big balcony with view of the mountain, very near little mini market, restaurants and beach in one direction, bakery in the other. Good AC not too noisy. Comfortable bed.

It is a small well equipped studio with and amazing terrace and view. Nothing is missing for a very comfortable stay, it is very clean and at a great location close to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. The host was very helpful and was at disposal for anything needed. I will be definitely coming back.

Very clean, very comfortable size of Appartement, nice view to the see and to Kalamata, private parking, free coffee and also water in the refrigerator, beds are very comfortable, hairdryer was there, very helpful owner. Everything! Very efficient communication, flawless check-in, easy parking right in front (public street but lots of space), high-tech air purifier, efficient AC, super luxurious design, the most comfortable bed on the planet, sleek bathroom (with a fun window!), clean design and clean space. They also offer a sightseeing guide, have superb wifi, and there was a little balcony to hang clothes on to dry. I felt like the room was built yesterday and just for me :D About 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown, following a lovely locomotive park. One of my Top 3 hotel deals on my month in Greece; will always be back here when in Kalamata (which is a great city with a very friendly atmosphere).

Beautiful and luxurious hotel on the waterfront in Kalamata, with large rooms offering all facilities that one could want. I very much enjoyed the view on the harbour/sea. Breakfast was excellent and tasty, and we received very friendly and competent service from the staff. The terrace was a lovely spot both for breakfast and evening drinks. Probably one of the best hotels in town!

    The host was polite and nice and arranged an earlier checkin for us. The location is just great - 3 min walking to the see and about 20min to the city center. Very spacious apartment with cosy balcony, I would definitely come here again

    The location was ok with us,quiet place,not very far from the beach and supermarket open 7days/week nearby. Although it is long way to the downtown,there is no problem to get there,because local buses can take you there every 20-25min. from the stops along the beach.Also taxi is available.

    The location was great, just 150m from beach, as advertised. Also just 150m from a lovely traditional Greek taverna. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean, with a great balcony area.
