Great place, clean and comfortable, among nature at short walking distance from the caves. Great hosts. Georgi and Dariajan honor people of Georgia with their lovely hospitality spirit and made us feel at home. Great food (Dariajan could open a restaurant 😊) with products from the garden… Absolutely delicious. Many thanks for these nice moments that will stay in our memory. Our stay at this guesthouse was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Georgia – even though we spent only one night there, the experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived – quite late in the evening – we were welcomed with incredible warmth and kindness. Despite the hour, our host prepared a delicious homemade dinner for us, which was not only thoughtful but also a perfect example of genuine Georgian hospitality. In the morning, breakfast was ready at the agreed time and just as tasty. You could tell everything was made with care and love. The whole house had a warm, family-like atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well kept, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a friendly dog who immediately won our hearts and added to the homey vibe. The location is another big plus – the views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning, making us wish we could stay longer. Do note that getting there may require a 4x4 vehicle, but it’s absolutely worth it for the scenery and experience (but to be honest, you need 4x4 car to travel all around Georgia, not only to get to this property). Although the hosts don’t speak English, the language barrier was not a problem at all – with a bit of goodwill and the help of Google Translate, communication was easy. Their hospitality and warmth spoke louder than words. We truly regret that we only booked one night. This place filled us with such positive energy, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. It’s an amazing value for money, but above all, it offers an authentic taste of Georgian culture, warmth, and hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep – this is a true gem!

You stay with the host family in their farm house, an extraordinary experience! Somewhere in the nowhere. Large old-fashioned and charming rooms. Lovely hosts (Tatjana, Koba a.o.). Excellent food. This is the best way to get in contact with "natives" and experience their life and hospitality. Soon again!

I stayed 1 night with a friend, the host and his family are really nice people, the room was comfortable. It was very cold but we get an electric heater and with it it was no problem. The area is beautiful and you have a nice view to a fortress and the mountains

Nice owner who likes chacha a lot 🙂 Very good location, 400 m from cave town Vardzia, Funny dog who wants to chase thrown pine-cones all the time . We asked for breakfast and the lady prepared it for us, it was really delicious

Beautiful site with lush gardens that all the rooms look out onto. The hosts were very welcoming and we had breakfast and dinner while we stayed which was delicious, the fish from the pond right outside. Our room had great wifi, aircon and bug screens on the window which was a lovley addition Perfect location for visiting Vardzia only a 20 min marshrutka down the road.

Good location, only 10 minutes to Vardzia. Very clean room with towels, hair dryer. Kind and helpfull owners. Very nice an old lady - we received sweet gift for our next journey :)))

Perfect location right in front of the caves. We get the budget room that was very basic with comfortable beds and kettle and small private bathroom. There’s a good outdoor area to relax. Wi-Fi was ok. There is a very good (with good prices) restaurant in front of our hotel (vardzia restaurant).
