Host is very friendly and also available for any questions etc. Location is great for stay when visiting Vardzia which is about an hour of driving away, nearby is also Paravani lake. Accomodation offers comfortable stay and if you are as lucky as we were you might get to taste excellent Armenian coffee (thank you Armik).

Everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious and super clean, all facilities are new and modern. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice hostel. The host does everything to make you feel like at home. He is always up for a coffee or a chat. Very nice view of the country side from the balcony. House a little old but the host is spending a lot of time constantly cleaning and upkeeping the place on his own. Comfy beds, clean sheets. Would have stayed longer if I wasn't running ot of time on my trip.
