Excellent stay at Svanieri We had a wonderful time at Svanieri. The privacy and quietness were exactly what we were looking for. The location offers great tranquility away from noise and crowds just on the hiking trails. Cleanliness of the house was outstanding, with everything spotless and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend this place to travelers seeking a quiet and private accomodation. We'd be happy to return in the future.

Location exceeded our expectations. You can order many dishes of the local cuisine in the restaurant at the hotel. Time that we spent there was not enough to enjoy those stunning views of the mountains that you cans see from every window of your room. We took one extra night in this hotel. It's good place to stay if you have a car in your trip, so you can visit many places nearby.

Very nice and hospitable owner, helpful people, tasty breakfast. We were on hiking from mestia to mazeri and when were deathly tired in mazeri, somehow the owner found us on the road and gave us a lift to apartment. After they met us with dinner. It was really long way from Tbilisi, and it was great I had possibility to use gotrip with personal driver and good car, very expensive service, but makes trip much more comfortable (I got minibus on my way back to Kobuleti and it was ~10 times cheaper) When I finally arrived I was really glad I got this beautiful place, but I was sure I will not do that trip again... But I am already miss that place, because the family accepting me made it exceptional, though there are some difficulties which I hope they will fix in future. We had lots of discussion about it, because I do wish this family success and prosperity. Yesterday in Kobuleti I ordered chishtvari in the restaurant it wasn't even edible. Tamari's chishtvari was so delicious... I miss whole family, Zaza and Tamari, beautiful daughters Mariam and Anna, strong Niko, and Manana and Anzor who were there that time too.. Maybe there is a reason to fly from Tbilisi to Mestia next time) Never say never!

Beautiful little place with a view of the mountain range from the front. The property itself is very cosy and warm when it’s cold outside. The kitchen has everything necessary for a longer stay - we were there for 2 weeks. There are some good natured, cute stray animals around the area that may come to say hello, so if you miss your pets at home these guys can help bridge that gap

Everything was new, modern, and clean. Unexpectedly high standard for the price, I've never stayed in such a luxory place anywhere else in Georgia (I'm a budget traveler). And the views were great, the house is built on a hill facing another mountain. There's also a café under development where I got to hang out on my own until late at night, preparing as many cups of tea as I felt like. You can also order meals at prices lower than in the restaurants in Mestia - for example, an enormous khachapuri for 10 GEL.

The guest house is simply magnificent!!! Everything is great in it and the hospitable hosts, cozy rooms with simply mesmerizing mountain views. A lot of delicious local food for breakfasts and dinners. You will live in one building with the hosting family, so you have a great opportunity to see how they live. They were still really kind and helpful. There were a great views to the mountains on the south and to mountain Ushba directly from the terrace. If you don't mind living with family, shared bathroom and harder village conditions, then it is perfect accomodation for you. Great starting position for hiking to the mountains all around.
