The room was good, and they upgraded our room to a suite with a balcony. The size was good and it was having two sofa cum beds to accommodate extra guests. The bathroom was having modern fittings. The best part was that one can operate the shower from a distance.

Beautiful modern decor with a twist of original features restored. Great spacious room for a family of 4. Lovely balcony overlooking the quiet road. Breakfast was simple, continental with some Georgian delicacies. Easy controlled AC in the room. Essential toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers were an extra added touch. Quiet neighborhood with good supermarket and food options. Very helpful staff. Tamuma was very accomodating with our 5am arrival time and sorted us out a taxi. Clean and comfortable room, nice and warm in the winter. Great view as well. Excellent value for money!

The owner Kaha, his mother and Mrs. Tamila were super kind and welcoming. I checked-in in the very early morning due to my flight, I appreciate this opportunity and the fact that Kaha was promptly responsive. The place is just 5 mins by walk from Avlabar metro. Avlabar offers many great highlights ( Trinity Church, Metheki Church, President residence, and many restaurants, cafe', shops, groceries..), it's just 10 mins walk from the most touristy center. I like a lot more the local vibe of this neighbourhood. The room was a bit tiny, all new refurbished and super clean, it's wisely equipped with everything you need ( fridge, spacious wardrobe).There's a lovely balcony where you can sip tea or coffee ( gently offered as complimentary) and a little kitchen with a kettle, microwave, a small electric stove and a washing machine free to use. I'd definitely recommend this place, I hope to visit again!

Our hotel room did not disappoint. Considering the value for money, and the ever supportive and kind staffs, this is truly a remarkable place to stay while in Tbilisi. The room is big, our towels are changed everyday, and the bath tub did not disappoint our kids. The hotel location is very near to the Old Tbilisi, that is why we never needed a guided city tour as the places we want to visit are just short distance walks. The Kura river is right outside our balcony, while we can also see the Narikala Fortress, cable cars, and Mother of Georgia without leaving our room. A good spot for timelapse, especially at night. A Georgian restaurant is in front of the hotel so you don't have to walk far just to experience the famous 'khachapuri' and 'khinkhali'.
