I had an amazing time staying at Iveri’s home. He is an incredibly kind and helpful host who truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. One of the highlights was receiving a bottle of his homemade wine—it was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture before departure! The house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and stress of the city. I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time—so calm, so relaxing. Behind the fence, cows roam peacefully, and you can hear roosters and all kinds of birds singing—it’s like a little piece of countryside paradise. This place is truly perfect for resting, recharging, and enjoying nature. Wishing Iveri a fantastic season ahead and only the kindest, most respectful guests. Thank you for everything! : )

The owner is such a lovely lady, it was amazing meeting her and her cooking was definitely worth coming back for! If you stay at Villa Gelati make sure you have also dinner at the property as the home made food is so worth it!! The rooms are exactly as per expectations , in a very quiet environment and walking distance to the monastery! We were travelling with our 18 months old daughter and all was fine!

This is the gold standard on how an agro guesthouse should be run. This whole place gives you an experience of Georgian hospitality in the countryside. The location is very rural with farm animals visiting. It’s very quiet at night (which is unusual for Georgia). The ladies that run the place are very warm and will do everything to make sure you feel comfortable. We had breakfast twice and dinner with wine twice - all the food was absolutely amazing and there is no way you can eat it all. On one night we had live music and on both nights we were lucky as Maja (the owner) hosted a group of German choir who sang beautiful Georgian music - it was an unforgettable experience. The room was very clean and smelled of freshness with a comfortable bed. You will hear people walking on floor upstairs but it didn’t bother us. To sum it up: it’s a rural guesthouse with a warm Georgian atmosphere, excellent food and hospitality on a top level. Best suited for people who like the countryside and a quiet location. If we ever visit that area again we will definitely stay there.

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Newport Hotel Kutaisi, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and were always ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Kutaisi’s main attractions and shops. The restaurant in Newport Hotel was amazing. They have the best food in the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I highly recommend Newport Hotel Kutaisi to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied! The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great time and will definitely come back again. The only small suggestion is to pay a bit more attention to cleaning the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect. It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

We spent several nights here and it was perfect. We took two apartments, the one on the ground floor with a small balcony and a small kitchenette, the one on the first floor (only 10-12 steps) with a larger kitchen, a larger balcony and a larger dining table. Both are well equipped, modern, very new. The bed is comfortable. The cleanliness is perfect: one time we arrived earlier, and we could see the thorough cleaning in progress. Every time there was a gift waiting for us :-). The name is “gold”, referring to the typical decoration. The center is about 12 minutes away, the 24-hour supermarket is 5 minutes away, there are restaurants on the parallel street. Access is automatic and easy, even when the early morning plane arrives: they send you a video of how to get in. Great value for money too.

Zaza and his family made our trip unforgettable, making us feeling like being their sons. They even offered us multiple delicious things (and drinks!) during our dinners at their kitchen. Moreover, Zaza guided us towards the main famous attractions of Kutaisi like Martvili, Okatse and Prometheus Caves. Simply amazing! Ps: try their homemade khachapuri, you won't regret
