By far the best place we've stayed in Georgia. Nina is so lovely and nice to talk to. We have many interesting conversations with her at breakfast and dinner times. Her cooking I'd fantastic. Do make a reservation for dinner, and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

This is the gold standard on how an agro guesthouse should be run. This whole place gives you an experience of Georgian hospitality in the countryside. The location is very rural with farm animals visiting. It’s very quiet at night (which is unusual for Georgia). The ladies that run the place are very warm and will do everything to make sure you feel comfortable. We had breakfast twice and dinner with wine twice - all the food was absolutely amazing and there is no way you can eat it all. On one night we had live music and on both nights we were lucky as Maja (the owner) hosted a group of German choir who sang beautiful Georgian music - it was an unforgettable experience. The room was very clean and smelled of freshness with a comfortable bed. You will hear people walking on floor upstairs but it didn’t bother us. To sum it up: it’s a rural guesthouse with a warm Georgian atmosphere, excellent food and hospitality on a top level. Best suited for people who like the countryside and a quiet location. If we ever visit that area again we will definitely stay there.

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. As a bonus you'll have a chance to become friends with the most awesome and wise dog ever. :) Keti and Gio, once again thank you so much and tell Bobby that we'll be back! 💚

Location was brilliant in the centre of everything, the design of the hotel is lovely and our room was clean and spacious. Importantly, the staff were very helpful, warm and welcoming. We also arrived late in the evening with heavy rain so ate in the restaurant. The restaurant food and service also exceeded our expectations with very fresh local cuisine.

If you are looking for a relaxation place to stay in Kutaisi, this is the place. The view is amazing. The hotel is clean and yummy breakfast. It's walking distance only from Bagrati Cathedral which is a must see while you're in Kutaisi. They offer tours in a reasonable price as well. Olegi from the hotel made my visit worthwhile and accompanied made to the must see places while on the way to capital. I highly recommend this hotel so I'm giving it 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to my queries prior to arrival. Breakfast is nice, location is very close to the centre. The room was super clean.

Everything is perfect. The location is close to the center,really close to many georgian restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket .Nino and his family are really kind and friendly,helped us a lot with car rental ,waited for us after midnight and made us feel really comfortable

Stayed at Garden rooms for one week and everything was perfect. Rooms look very new, equipped with glasses, coffee cups, spoons, plates, different types of coffee, tea and everything what i need for my stay. Definitely will come back, if I visit Kutaisi again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. All the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

Stunning view from the terrace, location superb - just a few steps away from the Bagrati Cathedral, absolutely lovely host who made us feel pampered every day, rooms spotless, very nice breakfast with home-made Georgian specialities, parking in the garden. Would come back anytime.
