Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

Excellent new hotel in the heart of Borjomi, built with much taste and great care. Staff are really nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and with very nice views. Breakfast is also very good and complete. Borjomi itself is worth a visit.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredible, so kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many wonderful choices to enjoy. There was terrace with an amazing view. They gave us extra water bottles for free when we left. A special thank you to the administrator – you were absolutely wonderful. Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. The hostess is a very pleasant person to talk to and is attentive to her guests. Overall, our stay in this wonderful city and place was very positive.

A very lovely hotel with a charming garden. Enjoying coffee and mountain views in the garden on a nice day is a pleasure. The room is well decorated and clean, with complete facilities. Thank you very much to the lady who made breakfast. She has excellent cooking skills and the breakfast was amazing. I could even eat a complete set. Boss Pirlo is very friendly and introduced the surrounding attractions and restaurants. He also has affordable and high-quality homemade wine. I really want to go again for the garden, breakfast, and mountain scenery.
