A Light, airy flat, with stunning views all around Southwold. Very quiet, but with wonderful birdsong due to the nearby trees. Lovely local artworks adorn the walls. A very good kitchen. The owner clearly loves the flat and has made it a beautiful space to enjoy.

    The rooms were little chalet style and we had room 5. Very roomy and very clean. Comfy beds and chairs, plenty of tea and coffee and a bottle of water and biscuits. Great location for travelling around the area.

    What a find! Everything spot on. Lovely comfortable room with spacious bathroom, fabulous food in the restaurant (evening meal), top quality breakfast and excellent friendly service throughout. Ideal location for visiting Southwold and the Suffolk coast. As good as anywhere I have stayed at any price. We will definitely return when the opportunity arises.
