Perfect secluded location which suits us best, but close enough to visit Oban and Fort William was just an hour away to do the train trip to the coast. Also multiple walks etc and a great back road route to Oban with Highland Coos, to escape the tourist traffic in Oban.

I stayed for 3 nights, and I was so happy to have booked this wonderful place. It was the perfect place to stay and to have privacy and peace. The flat is beautiful, clean and full of wonderful details. The flat is walking distance of everything you need: buses, train, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The neighbourhood is quiet and perfect for peaceful nights sleep. Instrucions for check-in and to find the flat were super clear and easy to follow, and the same with the check out. If you have the opportunity, you have to stay at Lindsey's place. You won't regret it. I would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for your wonderful hospitalility

great location, beautifully views, short walk to downtown Oban. The cabin was very modern, very cozy. Perfect for two people with lots of room. The hosts were awesome and made you feel like family. The neighbor's were very friendly.

Glencruitten House is absolutely wonderful and unforgettable. It is a charming place, that impresses not only with its remarkable historical architecture, but also with its magical atmosphere. The house is full of history, making the stay a truly special experience. I want to highlight especially the hospitality and friendliness of the people there. I loved it. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I can warmly recommend this unique place.

    Beautiful grounds and a beautiful location. Fantastic staff, the food was lovely even with my irritating dietary requests. We had a small issue with loud and abusive neighbours on one night, this was dealt with firmly and professionally by Michelle and the staff.

    Gorgeous location, incredibly quiet, beautiful gardens. Comfortable bed. Staff were great, but had a lot to deal with especially at mealtimes. Gary especially held everything together with great warmth and humour as well as efficiency! Food was generally ok - generous portions, especially at breakfast.

    Beautiful location and room had a glorious view over the Loch. Spacious and well appointed room. Friendly staff, comfortable garden seating, ideal for enjoying a cocktail. We chose the tasting menu for dinner, beautifully served and well worth the cost. Breakfast buffet in the morning offered good choice and the cooked menu was extensive, lots of options for all tastes. Our Scottish breakfast set us up for the day.

    We loved everything about the property - the location was stunning, the rooms were spotless and well equipped and the staff were all so lovely and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing and the breakfast in the morning was just as good. The views of Loch Awe are amazing and there are plenty of seats around to enjoy the view from every angle, as well as the fire pits to get cosy at night. We can’t wait to visit again
