    The location was perfect. The purpose of my visit was to attend a family funeral. The short walk from the rail station was ideal as I travelled by train. I also wished to visit the moors as I was in the area. I was very pleased with my room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom facilities spotless. The hotel is a magnificent building and retains character. The staff were helpful and friendly.

    This is a ideal location for a birthday weekend getaway,eaten here with friends on many occasions but this was our first stay Room was very clean, slept like a baby!Stunning views and breakfast was beautiful
