Beautiful historical home with large bedrooms. Bathrooms are shared but there are a few to choose from, so never had to wait. The communal areas (inside and outside) encouraged conversation and we met some lovely fellow travelers at breakfast. Communication was outstanding and shout-out to Emily for coming back in the evening to let us in hospitaly.

So friendly, beautiful people, location is gorgeous. The facilities are fantastic and so clean. There is plenty of space between each Belltent. The kitchen area is filled with everything you could need. Barbecue area in front of each belltent and a picnic table. The belltents are very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable (far better than the one we had in a hotel the night before. We are staying for a few more nights next week and really looking forward to exploring the beautiful park.

We stayed in this studio flat for a weekend away in Southampton and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great — close to Oxford Street and the city centre. The flat was clean and well decorated - all looks new! Good sized kitchen with everything we needed. Bed was really comfy and the space was a great size for a couple’s stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A great location for exploring the New Forest, sitting just at the very edge of the national park, provides easy access within a short driving distance. The Hosts Shelly and Colin gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, making sure we had everything we needed and were very accommodating and all round lovely people, nothing being too much trouble. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Fantastic value for money and we hope to come back again one day.

Very nice receptionist, helped with all sort of personal problems we got during our stay in Southampton. We stood here before boarding QM2 and this hotel was just what we needed to start the "ship atmosphere".

Location, ideal access to New Forest. Ferry across to Southampton. Plenty of seating along quayside just to sit and watch ships on the Solent. Food was excellent in hotel.

Location amazing. Free parking ideal. Room was large and very modern. Lots of tea and coffee and bottled water, which was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend eating in the Restaurant, food was superb and large portions. Staff were excellent.

The location of this hotel is lovely, overlooking the sea. The beds were comfortable and the room provided the basic amenities. The food portion sizes are good. The staff were polite and assisted in the resolving my issues
