Absolutely lush! I cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful surroundings, so much wildlife to see and hear. Lovely and clean, hosts were very friendly and helpful. This is an absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind away from the busy hustle bustle of life. ❤️ We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely amazing, very clean, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The bed was super comfy, and we slept so well. The peaceful environment with amazing views of the countryside. Very spotless property lovely touch with the welcome pack on arrival. Great walks of the Orchard and beyond. The location to Tunbridge Wells very strange forward with great amenable shops. Easy contact with the host on arrival of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Tasteful interior of rooms, very comfortable beds, everything looks like new, very clean, best breakfast we got in Great Britain served by very friendly chef, helpful staff, childfriendly, very convenient with restaurant downstairs. We had dinner twice bc we loved the food, delicious pasta, pizza and burgers. Actually the best stay we had in the UK. I can really recommend this beautiful place.

We had an excellent breakfast at the hotel, included in the price of the room. There was a choice between continental, full English and dishes likes pancakes with maple syrup. We stayed in room 17, a deluxe (large) family room. The beds were very comfortable. A spacious and clean shower with perfect water pressure. Plenty of soft towels. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. The kids liked the huge tv. Besides coffee (Nespresso machine!) and tea facilities there were also 3 bottles of mineral water and glasses in the room, was a nice touch. Very friendly staff.

We loved everything! The location, the rooms - comfy beds, brilliant shower, the food, the staff - we were all made to feel immediately at home. Breakfast and dinner were amazing - really delicious, plentiful and we were all able to sit together. We were celebrating my mum's birthday and she too was made to feel very special. Thank you to all the staff at the Carpenter's Arms for making our weekend so incredible!!!

    Perfect spot in a very quiet area bur close to shops and pubs ect. Spotlessly clean with great WiFi and TV. Although I didn't get ti use the hot tub it it tucked away and very private. Would not hesitate to stay again.
