This property is an absolute charmer. Amazing hosts that make you feel like it's a home away from home. We stayed in the double room and the bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfy. The pub directly over the road serves great meals, and we had a great time exploring the peak area.

Generously sized, clean, comfortable annexe. The hosts are very friendly but not intrusive. Breakfast basket was much appreciated. Great location, we loved the food at The Packhorse in Little Longstone, just a few minutes walk away.

From the moment I booked the team at Merchants Yard went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible stay. Nothing was a problem for them, organising flowers as we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, booking a table for dinner, offering advice on things to do near by and much much more. On check in the team were brilliant, friendly welcome and a complimentary drink (thank you). Throughout our stay the team were amazing, always happy and made sure we had everything we needed.     We really enjoyed our stay at the Maynard. This is the second time we've come and it's been fantastic. The room we stayed in was excellent and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was great and friendly. The checkout times are also really generous. We will definitely be back.
