Highly recommend from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, had excellent service, clean, polite, friendly and amazing facilities. The evening we arrived they were fully booked for food but still manage to squeeze us in so we could have some food. The meal was very big , the taste and quality of the food was amazing. If we need to go back up any time, I will definitely rebook here if it’s available. Well done 5 stars all round and thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed xx

We were just blown away by the Studio, Katie had thought of everything you could need for a perfect getaway experience, and she was so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we've found anywhere in our travels - we even found two hot water bottles, just in case (not needed). The breakfast provided was just right for us. Our dog, Grace, was in her element, loads of walkies and places to explore. Just wonderful!!

Wonderful historic hotel in a great location. Great value and good facilities. Loved our bed and bathroom. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It's lovely to have a gorgeous bar and restaurant on site.

We stayed at this apartment in Gramthon last week — I was there with Shannon — and everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and easy. This is actually our second time staying with Amaya Property and we’ve already booked our third trip to Gramthon with them — that says it all! We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

    Our room was very clean, the towels and bedding looked brand new. Bathroom was immaculate. The staff knew we had a wedding to get to and went out of their way to have our room ready for midday. We didnt use the bar or stay for breakfast so can't comment on those but would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap comfortable stay.

    The hotel was ideal for our needs, very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay there. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good in particular the poached eggs. Another plus is that the hotel has its own car park, as it is important to us to have a designated area to park our motorbike. Overall very good value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

    Large well furnished bedroom with very good en-suite. Very clean throughout. Bedroom was quiet despite being on busy road. Good choice of continental breakfast. Location was also ideal for Grantham Squash Club.

    location ideal for walking to town. parked outside on the road, so easy access Host friendly - moved to ensuite room as available (i had originally booked private bathroom, but then emailed by host to say it was outside the room...) It was ok for an overnight stop - closer to town centre than other well known budget hotels Breakfast was fine, served quite quickly, which served our purpose
