We chose this property primarily due to its location, close to Felixstowe town centre. We stayed at The Annexe for two weeks and could not have been happier. The Annexe far exceeded our expectations, was equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and a real home from home. Our host Jan was very helpful, friendly, available but never intrusive. Pre-booking communication was excellent. We shall absolutely be returning again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Huge amount of space that even 7 people had plenty of room to be together and apart. The kitchen was superbly equipped and more than adequately accommodated a full on Christmas lunch. Just 2 minutes from the beach meant that the dog’s were well exercised and the friendly pub on the corner added to the experience. Amanda, the host, was always responsive and there is no doubt that we will host many more family events at the property.

    Such a great location. The hotel is across the road from the train station. We travelled by car and there is plenty of parking at the hotel. We had an excellent deal for one night with breakfast included. The hotel is also within walking distance of the town and seafront. Good breakfast too which was included in our price.
