The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our second room so we could stay next to each other. Our Deluxe Family rooms had a stunning view of the water and fields with grazing sheep. Dinner was delicious, and the interiors, especially the library, were truly impressive. Our stay was short but very pleasant — we would love to return and explore the island more.

Great apartment for 2 people, 5 minutes walk through a park to the centre of Portree, nice quiet location. One of the friendliest hosts we ever came across, super clean and very comfortable apartment, would definitely book again! Kitchenette is amazingly stocked, so don’t go to the supermarket before check-in!

We had an especially good time in this spacious, stylish and yet cosy B&B! The decor is modern and you could see, they took great care to choose every detail to make the rooms look lovely. Our hosts did an amazing job to make us feel perfectly relaxed. It even has some free Whiskey to get a glass upon arriving and throughout the stay. The breakfast is amazingly tasty und you get a continental buffet as well. They even made sure I got some dairyfree options!

Definitely it's an excellent place to stay for a few days. It's really near to Portree center, like 13 minutes walking. The room has all the necessary things to have a pleasant stay and the bed is so comfortable. The host is very kind and warm. Even he left us some stuff in the fridge like yogurts, orange juice, jam, cheese, etc. We really appreciate that. We would come back for sure! Thank you for making us feel like home.

At first I hadn't realized that the hotel is not at Skye but on another island, which requires a ferry . It made me so nervous that I almost booked another hotel. Thank god, nothing else was available. Raasay and the Distillery is one of the best places we ever stayed in! The hotel is beautiful! Charming and warm. The view from our room was breathtaking, the room was modern and beautifully furnished. Staying on an isolated island is an amazing experience. We met a few members of the team and they were all super friendly, welcoming and had a lot of patience for our endless questions about the isle, the habitants, the roads, the sights, etc. I wish we had time to stay longer. Breakfast was very good, tasty and assorted. The restaurant has a huge glass window facing the sea. The scenery is so beautiful that we couldn't care less about the food :-)

This place provides food for thought when it comes to properties. We knew the property would be lovely, but the quietness, the warmth of the property and all the dishes, dishwasher washing machine and a decent oven just improved it’s ratings. The glazing, all we heard was the wind, not the rain, the storm that came through was massive. I do recommend this property, it has given me ideas for my own property. Thank you Norskye Bothy we had a fabulous night.

Great view and location overlooking the loch in Carbost. Great wee town offering a friendly pub and fabulous seafood!! Our host James had gone to considerable effort to provide fabulous information and artefacts on the highlands. Close to the fairy pools.

Really lovely cottage, in a beautiful location. Very clean and fresh. Set in a wonderful location, with a Loch just behind the back garden. Very cosy open fire place. Just perfect.
