The property has a beautiful outlook on either side, with lake views from the balcony. Inside the rooms are very comfortable and had everything we needed. The surrounding area is quiet and helpfully there is a boulangerie just a couple of minutes walk away. Our host was very responsive to our queries.

Warm friendly welcome by Rafael. Nice room , quiet and facilitated our request. Lively grounds for our dog, great secure parking. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. All staff spoke English and were very helpful.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of choices everything very fresh. The bread and smoked salmon especially good! The location was lovely in a beautiful atrium. As the restaurant was closed on the night we were there we ate in the bar and the service was superb. The food was lovely small plates of charcuterie for example. The welcome from the staff and their fantastic customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had taken our dog with us and they even checked in that we had everything we needed for her stay and she'd been comfortable. The spa was very nice, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi.

    Beautiful, stylish apartment, spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Felt brand new. A lovely place to stay. Personal greeting from owner (who lives in adjoining main house). Easy check-in and out. Secure, free private parking behind security gate. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Smart TV. Free WiFi. Local guide books. Pleasant, quiet suburb of Aix-les-Bains. Lovely view of the town and hills beyond.
