This hotel has a beautiful historic exterior that really stands out—people walking by would literally stop and admire it! The atmosphere is full of charm. The front desk staff were all super friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. My room was incredibly spacious, with an amazing bathroom—and I was so happy to have a bathtub! Best of all, the view of Toledo from my window was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!P.S. When the elevator wasn’t working from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, one of the cleaning staff immediately helped carry my suitcase down the stairs. She was amazing—such great service!

As soon as I arrived at the accommodation, I was surprised by the wonderful view from the balcony. The balconies were connected side by side to each room in the accommodation, and we couldn't go back and forth, but it was even better to see the wonderful view while greeting each other. Sleeping in a warm bedroom, I could see a wonderful view, and closing a nice door was dark, so I could take a good rest. It was a shame to stay and leave for just one day. I want to stay again next time and recommend it.

Amazing experience! Since the first contact with the host to correct my mistake in the reservation, they are very kind and supportive! When I arrived at the apartment I had a very nice surprise where the name of the apartment and the decoration were directly linked with the proposal of my visit in Toledo! I loved!!! Extremely well located on a shaded square complete with its own restaurant, cafe, church and park. It’s very special to stay in the heart of Toledo, once the day trippers are gone. The 3 storey house is small but extremely well appointed. The downstairs communal area is lovely and looks out onto the lovely, well kept pool, which we swam in 3 times and which is a very welcome relief from the heat. The second storey has a twin bedroom, an en-suite and a second toilet. The third storey has its own en suite. All the rooms are airy and light, have lovely windows, with shutters to keep out heat and light. The washing machine was a welcome amenity and we were touched that there were welcome notes and gifts and clear instructions. From before we arrived, the instructions to check in and out weee clear and easy to follow. Paloma, the delightful manager, was very responsive to questions and advice.

    it was ideal. The kettle, fridge etc were very handy. It was spotlessly clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly, letting me leave my bag whilst I went into town. Very good location for bus station and main parts of Toledo .Excellent value for money. I’d definitely use it again.
