This modern, three-floor villa is spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, iron, and fresh towels. The villa has three bedrooms, including a master with en-suite bathroom and a spiral staircase leading to a third-floor terrace with stunning Atlantic Ocean views. Outside, enjoy a private heated pool, garden seating, and an outdoor dining area, with a shared unheated pool also available. Located on a private street within a secure complex of 50 villas, the most famous beaches, including Playa Mujeres and Papagayo, are only 2 km away. A small supermarket is within walking distance, and Lidl and Aldi are a short drive. Every room is air-conditioned, and the villa is secured with an alarm system. Communication with the host was excellent. We highly recommend Villa Olivia for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a peaceful stay in Playa Blanca.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa – it truly felt like a home away from home. It’s very central, just about a 10-minute walk to the main town even with kids in tow. One of our children has special needs, and the layout was absolutely perfect for us. The villa is secure, with a lockable gate and only one entrance/exit, which other families with autistic children will really appreciate. The villa itself was clean and tidy, and the pool is large and gets sunshine all day – the kids loved it! We messaged the host a couple of times and always got a quick and helpful response. There’s even a Spar shop just 50 meters away, which was super convenient. We’ll definitely be booking again – highly recommended for families!

The villa was spotlessly clean, with everything you could want for a holiday. Some things even went above and beyond, such as the hot tub, BBQ area and other amenities like Netflix and satellite channels. The host was always available and friendly. The location of the villa was also great, with some beaches a short distance away, the supermarket and several bars just a few meters away. I will definitely be back.
