The location is perfect - everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, small shops, beach, bus station (number 60 goes from the airport), museums (aquarium and technology museum). Rooms are beautiful and clean, there is a smart system which I loved. Breakfast is served on a beautiful roof top where we spent a lot of time - eating and having that morning coffee. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is great. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If you want the full roof top experience I highly recommend to use the jaccuzzi. You can use it every day for 1 hour with a time reservation on the reception desk!

We spent 14 days in this apartment on Gran Canaria and were impressed from the very beginning. As soon as you enter, you notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The apartment feels very modern, recently renovated, and furnished with high-quality details – you can immediately tell that great care has been taken here. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, making you feel at home right away. The location is outstanding: it’s almost impossible to be closer to the beach. When you step outside, just a quick glance to the right already gives you a view of the promenade and the sea. Walking there takes no more than two minutes. For us, this was a real highlight, as we could go for a swim or a seaside walk at any time without planning ahead. The surrounding area is equally perfect: the apartment is located right in Las Palmas, with plenty of shops, shopping centers, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Everything is so close by that you don’t even need a car to comfortably enjoy your stay. We truly enjoyed every moment here and appreciated the ideal combination of comfort, cleanliness, modern facilities, and unbeatable location. If you are looking for a carefree and relaxing stay on Gran Canaria, we can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. We would definitely come back anytime!

We had a great stay! The room was clean, in very good condition, and overall we were really satisfied. Everything was exactly as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend! The location is excellent and is very easy to get around and explore the area. One of the things we really appreciated was the self check-in and check-out option. Picking up the keys from the secure box with a code was simple and convenient, allowing us to check in at any time without the need to coordinate with anyone. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. we will definitely come back to the same place, I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything to the host. He was really kind with us.

I stayed in the apartment for 13 nights and can only recommend this accommodation. The host Maria is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, she only speaks Spanish, but we were still able to communicate using our hands and feet :) The apartment is very clean (even the stairwell always smells nice), modern and the kitchen is well equipped. There is free WIFI. The accommodation is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is everything you need in the area: supermarket, restaurants, various stores and not forgetting the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras beach. The price-performance ratio is fine for me.
