The location is perfect - everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, small shops, beach, bus station (number 60 goes from the airport), museums (aquarium and technology museum). Rooms are beautiful and clean, there is a smart system which I loved. Breakfast is served on a beautiful roof top where we spent a lot of time - eating and having that morning coffee. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is great. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If you want the full roof top experience I highly recommend to use the jaccuzzi. You can use it every day for 1 hour with a time reservation on the reception desk!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment exceeded all our expectations – clean, fresh, and smelled like new. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. Everything was perfectly prepared, down to the smallest details. The apartment looked completely new, and it was fully equipped – from the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything we needed was there. Small touches like laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel, or even trash bags made a big impression. It really showed how much the host cares about guest comfort. The location? A dream! Just 2–3 minutes walking to the beautiful Las Canteras beach, surrounded by countless cafés, restaurants, and bars. There’s a playground, open-air gym, and even the large Las Arenas shopping center – all within a few minutes on foot. Communication with the host was perfect – clear, smooth, and professional. We received detailed instructions for arrival, access, and check-out, and everything worked flawlessly. The keyless entry with electronic codes was modern and super convenient. Lack of private parking at the building could be a bit inconvenient, but there’s a great solution nearby – a huge parking lot by Las Arenas, just €3 per day. Totally worth it! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Las Palmas. It’s a perfect place to relax and explore the city. If only all accommodations were like this one!

We liked absolutely everything! The location was great, many cafes and restaurants around and a very short walk to the beach, as well as the bus station. The building is clean and the key boxes in the main hall make it very comfortable to check in, as well as leave the key safe when going out. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, and the kitchenette had all the necessary supplies. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Gran Canaria!

I stayed in the apartment for 13 nights and can only recommend this accommodation. The host Maria is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, she only speaks Spanish, but we were still able to communicate using our hands and feet :) The apartment is very clean (even the stairwell always smells nice), modern and the kitchen is well equipped. There is free WIFI. The accommodation is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is everything you need in the area: supermarket, restaurants, various stores and not forgetting the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras beach. The price-performance ratio is fine for me. Thanks again Maria for this great stay!

Very clean, modern, with all the amenities! It looked like an architects loft, the showers were amazing! It sas also very quiet, but very central to the center of la isleta. We really enjoyed our stay! It was also very nice to have a car parking, which worked perfectly without any problems.
