By far the best family hotel I’ve stayed at. Straight from arrival staff are so helpful and attentive. They genuinely care and go out of their way to make your stay special. The premium villa was enormous and immaculate, housekeeping do a fantastic job and again are very helpful with any requests. We received “care” packages every day with fresh fruit, soft drinks and water which was greatly appreciated by my family. We were there a week and still didn’t manage to eat at every restaurant as there is so much choice. We have 3 children with varied tastes and they all found something they enjoyed in every restaurant. The general standard of food and drink across all meal times was fantastic along with the friendly atmosphere from the restaurant staff. The water park and other facilities are such fun and well laid out. There is so much to pick from to keep you and the kids entertained, we had such a blast and again the life guards were so friendly and took the time to learn my children’s names and fuss over them which they loved. If you have kids or still a bit of a kid yourself you will love it here for the water park itself. The customer relations team were attentive without being intrusive and would touch base most days to see if they could do anything to help us. Due to flight times we requested a late check out but was informed by Sameh at reception that this was already taken care of which was so greatly appreciated. The lifeguard at our pool Ahmed also really helped us out during our stay and looked after us really well. He bonded with our children and they were sad to say goodbye at the end of our stay. Really can’t fault the hotel or the staff, we will definitely be back.

All the staff was very friendly and the service was great, housekeeping was amazing, the food was very good and it was nice that they have different restaurants to choose from. I like that the hotel is by the beach so you can literally walk 1 minute and you are on the beach. There is always some entertainment happening you can participate in or watch which is very fun.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional staff behavior. Everyone was cooperative, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Eliwa, who hosted us with utmost professionalism. He made us feel like we were receiving special treatment, even though he extends the same care to every guest. I’d also like to thank Hashem, the bartender at the relaxation pool, and Mohamed, the pasta chef, for their exceptional service. Mohamed’s work was filled with passion, love, and joy, which made our dining experience truly delightful. Unlike reviews I’ve read about other hotels and resorts in the region, we experienced no form of discrimination, especially against Egyptians. The treatment was equally excellent for all guests, regardless of nationality, which was very refreshing. The drinks were moderate in quality, but the outstanding staff attitude more than compensated for this. The rooms were impeccably clean. However, the side sea view wasn’t ideal for us, and we would prefer a pool view for our next visit. The variety of food was outstanding. I’ve never encountered such an extensive selection as I did at Steigenberger Soma Bay. The taste was diverse, blending local cuisines with international favorites, which truly enhanced the dining experience.

We loved our stay at Grand palace! Even better than our stay in Sharm el sheikh. Hamdy met us several times a day and made sure everything was as we wanted. He even fixed our bookings at the ala carte restaurants, and made us VIP guests. The whole stay really felt as we were their VIP guest, thanks to Hamdys availability and kindness. They gave us special bracelets so everyone knew we were VIP. Whenever there was a issue, he fixed it right away. The other staff were also polite, and made us all the drinks we needed during the sunny days. The food was amazing at the ala carte, but also the buffet. We usually dont like the international buffet during our other vacations, but here they had good variety and fresh food every day. The beach was magical, and had a lot of sunbeds. No need to vake up early to take a sun bed. If you want to play tennis, there is a ground next to this hotel which is also included in the price. The training room there was not that big, but enough to run a bit and weightlifting for vacation. First time we went to a adult only- couples only hotel, and it was so relaxing. They cleaned our room every day, even made the towel with swan every day. They cleaned the pool thoroughly every day. I 110% reccommend this hotel and would love to stay here again next time. Everyone should book via booking.com if you want to feel extra special during your stay

I had an amazing stay! The staff is the most thoughtful, helpful and welcoming I've ever encountered! Taha welcomed me with incredibly helpful messages and assisted in planning excursions and such. I can't say enough good things about them, I was so pleased I extended my stay with them for 6 more nights. The room was really clean and comfortable, with such tasteful decor (I was transported back to Bali) and the rooftop area was amazing for lounging around. Definitely recommend!

Hotel and grounds are beautiful. It is very clean, tidy and very well maintained. The hotel room was spotless. Cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Swimming pools are beautiful and plenty of sunbeds. Hotel staff always smiling and couldn't do enough. Good selection of food. Drinks served outside are poured into reusable hard plastic not the flimsy threw away cups. Also Paper straws provided which don't disintegrate in 5 minutes. The adults only pool is not busy and an ideal place to relax

Everything was great, Taha our host was very helpful at all times and super friendly! They have great deals on tours, the beach is just crossing the street. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, with good internet, good water pressure, and a lot of very useful accessories like clothes hanging line in the bathroom. Great location.
