Amazing place to relax and calm down direct at the beach. The villas are nice and comfortable and there is a beautiful yoga Shala that can be used privately if there is no classes. The personal is very friendly and helpful. The small breakfast includes croissants and fresh fruits. At the small private beach outside of the hotel you can find sun beds, but be careful to swim outside of the hotel, as there are a lot of coral and stones there. There is a better possibility to swim just couple meter away to the right side of the hotel.

After 8 days camping in Osa, these was super fantastic chill out place...huge terrace with hammocks, full equiped open air funky kitcheen, best beach of all costarican caribean...owners are freaks, they serve nice food in the evening there is fantastic atmosphere in the bar...strongly reccomended...kids loved the place soooo much and was hard to drag them out of ocean...also nice coral reef with lot of fishes in front

The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was outside (under a covered area in case it rains ;), and the staff was so kind and ready to help if needed! When we arrived we went straight to check in and the first thing we received was a fresh coconut, which was very nice especially after the long drive we had that morning. There were two options for breakfast, american or costa rican breakfast and they were at the moment of ordering, which made it extra good. You have to walk 5-10 minutes to get to the stores/restaurants of the town but that's fine, if you get tired there are always a lot of little "taxis" driving around who will bring you back.

We loved staying in Smile Jungle Hostel, from the first minute to the last. Gonzalo is an amazing host and this was our favourite accommodation in Central America. You feel right at home because everything you could possibly need is available and Gonzalo is always so warm and positive.     If you're looking for ideal hosts- Andrea and James - would fulfill your expectations. They are wonderful people with lots of good energy, which share among the others. If you're looking for a place in the jungle, away from people (also away from the sea - about 30 min. driving) oasis of peace, you have just found it. There you can feel totally free and discreet. I fully recommend this place!

    Great location, straight on the beach. Tasty food in restaurant. Helpful personnel. Great place for a few nights with direct access to the beach. Free sunbeds available for guests, but You need to be on the beach pretty early to have them.
