This place is excellent value. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and I felt comfortable and safe. Beautiful view of Lake Arenal and a lovely breeze, temperature was comfortable compared to other areas in the country, for end of March. No a/c, but with the breeze, it was not needed.

The past reviews are true: this is a marvelous home of two amazing hosts which I am so glad we met. The suite room is very comfortable with an amazing bed and very large bathroom. Almost royalty! There is a balcony where you can relax with the view plus a pool downstairs. The breakfast was indeed unique and tasty. Truly amazing hospitality

Comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious room. The views from the balcony are great and although we were not very lucky with the weather, we really enjoyed our stay at Lucky Bug B&B. The hosts are really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was delicious both mornings. The staff is very friendly and helpful with the planning of our day. The house was incredible and very quiet setting with lush trees and many birds. The river is very serene. Loved the 2 dogs. They are so sweet

From perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon to fresh tropical fruit, homemade banana bread and the best locally sourced coffee, each meal was a delightful way to start the day. Their warm and welcoming nature made the experience even more special, making us feel right at home. The property is stunning with astonishingly beautiful views - birds , monkeys and lake. Host Christian and partner warm and welcoming. Easy to find. The room was lovely, clean and comfy with plenty of hanging space , bathroom elegant. Fresh bread & Christian’s ginger, banana and guava jam a revelation :). Thank you

The space, we were a family of four and we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house had everything needed including a large laundry room with a washer and dryer! We enjoyed a barbecue on the large outdoor patio, which has stunning views.
