I have visited Costa Rica several times, but here I really experienced Costa Rica. The real charm of the place is that it is in a forest full of monkeys and other animals and really close to the river!! The location is excellent because unlike the noisy Santa Teresa and Monteza Zuma, here are the only gas station and supermarket in the whole area and other necessary things, but you are completely in the forest and it is not noticeable. The house is about a 10-15 minute drive to any destination you choose in the area. The house itself is very spacious and clean, I didn't need more than that. Our host Liz was very friendly and helped us with everything. We will be back!

The apartment is very well located,easy to find very modern,I wld say it s quite new.I too found everything very comfortable,plenty of good furniture,good ceiling fans and AC and the shower + bathroom are exceptional.I wld return in a heartbeat if business takes me to that part again.10 out of 10 and very well done Carolina!!

The owner Marco was very attentive and kindly helped me booking a van from San Jose airport to the hotel in Santa Teresa. Him, Guada and Lucas were very friendly, observant and extremely helpful whenever I had questions about the hotel or Santa Teresa (thanks guys you're the best!). The room and bathroom (shared) were constantly cleaned throughout my stay (7 days), towels were provided and replaced. The AC in the room worked very well, specially for sleeping (30C outside). Several hobs in the kitchen made this feel uncrowded, there was a lot of fridge space. The beach was a 2 min walk from the hotel. Nearest super market (Rony's 2) was 5 min walking. Several clothing shops, ice cream shops and restaurants were in a walking distance.

The accommodation is beautiful, situated high on a hill with the most breathtaking view. Ricardo, the owner, puts a lot of love into the property and it is very well maintained. He has gardeners come in everyday for maintenance and the villas are cleaned daily. The villa itself is clean, lots of light and has everything you need. Large king sized bed thats comfortable, chairs to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view, the kitchen is decently equipped. You could hear howler monkeys in the morning which was really cool! The pool area is gorgeous, a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset after a long day. Lots of parking area. If you want beautiful views, then expect to drive uphill on some windy roads to get to this accommodation. It only takes a few minutes and is a two way street so it should in no way defer you from staying here. The road is mainly paved. To access the villas you need a key to the gate which is some added security. If you want peaceful tranquility in a beautiful villa and sorroundings, this is for you!

Sabrina has been super helpful during our entire stay with recommendations and organizational stuff. Alonso was so nice during the check in. All in all a wonderful stay! Nicely located very close to the beach.

We had a fabulous 7 nights. We were in the 1 bedroom air conditioned cabin very close to the pool. Lots of hummingbirds. Fantastic restaurant across the road. We had no car so the bus very convenient for getting back up the very steep hill.
