Probably the best hostel in the entire Amazon! Not only are the owners and their entire family extremely kind and helpful, the food is also amazing and they are the only place in Macedonia (the village) with uninterrupted electricity and high speed internet thanks to solar panels and Starlink (satellite internet). I got quite a bit of work done during my stay and was also able to relax. The hostel is located at the edge of the village (about 5 min walking from where you arrive by boat), which means that it's very quiet and peaceful.

I was impressed with my room, it offered a sizeable double bed and the accomodation itself overlooked the Amazon river. where you can admire the sunrise and sunset. The staff were super helpful & friendly. The Maloka in the center of the accommodation offered the perfect space to browse the handmade artesanias, as well as enjoy a meal and meet local people and travellers alike. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Our trip to the Amazon was incredible. The best stay of our Colombian trip, we cannot recommend it enough. The food was local and they adapted to our preferences (my partner is vegetarian), the cabins were comfortable, cozy and we felt at home. The hostal is located directly next to Amazonian river. A very beautiful and unique place, especially for the sunset! The hole family who run the place is very kindful and helpful. You can book a completely program with a variety of experiences, in the forest, the river and an indigenious community. But also some single adventures. The guide is a local Ticuna, so you can learn a lot about the culture. I highly recommend the place ;)

Absolutly fantastic place! Owners are so kind, food is amazing, you can play with parrots, they will show you around in the junge, route to the town and they will help you in everything, including booking ferry ticket from Leticia. AMAZING wooden houses in the nature, mosquito protected, well equipped spottles clean bathrooms. Fantastic. Please, go ther and help local community in the jungle. Fast Wifi and good network recepotion. You will LOVE it!

Great place on the edge of the village where monkeys 🐒 come to visit. Nice hammock space, fans, and comfortable beds with mosquito nets. Lovely family. I highly recommend staying here. We truly felt like family by the end of our stay.

The Wikungo hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Nariño, but very silent and comfortable. Rooms are clean and cozy, and security is guaranteed. You have a bed and a small desk in the room, and WiFi connection at the entrance. The staff are also very kind!
