The location from tianmen cablecar need 10-15 min walk. However, the service is amazing. They provide airport or train transfer for free. And they were very fast response if you need local guide via wechat. Also they can help you with booking all the ticket for Zhangjiajie. You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.

We had a really great time at this hotel! We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and we absolutely loved our room and the restaurant area. The location is great, very close to the national park. The receptionist and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. If we ever come back we will choose this hotel again! We highly recommend it!

The hotel has a perfect location nestled in the National Forest Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially Xiaoxiao and her little brother - they helped us navigate common tourist attractions, arranged tickets and provided transport. The pool and scenery is definitely a highlight of this hotel as are the comfortable rooms! Very clean. Would highly recommend!

Good Location. Room was very clean. Boutique type of hotel with very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Girl at the desk Anine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She has organised for me 5 days of activities in all must to see places around Zhangjiajie. And everything was done by Chinese-English handheld translator. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly staff at any hotel. Love the place and highly recommend to anyone traveling on the budget.

Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again. (The quality of the photos is not so good as I took a video, but Booking won’t let me upload this)
