The room was a good size, the amenities excellent, and the food delicious. The service was both professional and attentive, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its staff - their warmth, hospitality, and responsiveness made our stay unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness in welcoming us to the beautiful town of Fenghuang. A special thank you and our very best wishes to Mr Liu. Absolutely top-notch service! Spotlessly clean. Free airport pick-up was a huge plus - they even arranged a complimentary car to take us to the river, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is located very close to Hongqiao, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The environment is serene and peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist with any needs. They helped me with booking tickets for local attractions and even arranged a private car for me to explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from the shuttle service to Qifeng Square, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is just outside the busiest part of Fenghuang ancient town so you don't need to battle the crowds but still 600m from river (the outdoor bath was so relaxing). The staff were truly attentive and helpful, the room spotlessly clean, free laundry service and it has an utterly amazing upper floor with an infinity pool. Great value for money. Small touches like floor lights that lead you to the bathroom at night added an extra touch.
