I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at during this trip to Zhangjiajie, China! The B&B is near the southeast gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, about a 10-minute walk into the park. In addition to the advantages of the location near the scenic area, there is also the nearby green hills and green water, very suitable for vacation.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . We had a magical time in this hotel one of the best.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Tiffany and the team was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived, always greeting me with a warm smile and offering assistance whenever needed. The room itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Magnificient views to the Valley and mountains, Sunset. Warm and clean pool. The staff were very accommodating, helping us with all kinds of things: providing vegetarian food, helping buy tickets to and dropping us off at the gate of the natural park, helping us plan the trip. Especially, we would like to thank the manager Rain who was easy to communicate to, fast in responses and spoke great english.
