The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. What really stood out to me was the professional communication from the host. From the reservation process to the ongoing communication during the stay, everything was smooth and efficient. I felt well taken care of, and the host was always available to assist with any questions or requests. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and a fantastic location!

Beautiful, centrally located old house with a lot of charm, style, and history. Evelyne is an exceptional, friendly, attentive, respectful host. I stayed only for one night but was impressed. Excellent reception, clear check-in instructions, codes for Bern Ticket in the Bern Welcome app (providing free transportation in the city, thus compensating for the fact that the hostel is not exactly in the city center), close to the bus station, great staff, clean facilities, amazing breakfast, access to different types of games and open spaces, comfortable, sink in the room, good availability of toilets and showers, access to fully equipped kitchen and eating spaces, they kept our bags after check-out.

Central location. Beautiful building. Cheap compared to other hotels in Bern. Good facilities and very clean and included breakfast. Proprietor was really accommodating and let me store my baggage for the day and gave me a spare key to retrieve it.
