The chalet was in a perfect location and had everything we needed. The resort was lovely and local amenities easily accessible. A COOP supermarket a few minutes walk away and a smaller supermarket a few doors away. Would highly recommend.

I didn't meet with the property owner but they gave us full information online and everything was as they explained. The apartment is located in a small town on a mountain. Which you need to park the car at Betten talsation and go up with a cable car for less then 5minutes aprox. Bettmeralp is car free. Once you arrive to Bettmeralp, just enjoy the scenery. It was spectacular and truly one the best location we had form our road trip. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and clean. WiFi, bathroom with shower and hot water, kitchen, tv..... Comfortable beds. You can find coop market and some restaurants and a pharmacy. Everything you need. Highly recommend. We wish we could stay longer there.

Beautiful location. Charming town. Employees are absolutely wonderful, go out of their way for you. Breakfast was out of this world. Hotel is pin neat and seemed freshly renovated. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff was outstanding - always helpful and attentive without being intrusive. They provided everything we needed and were especially accommodating when we encountered accessibility challenges due to snow, offering alternatives and solutions. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and enjoying meals. The property included convenient parking. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed - they were available whenever we needed assistance but respected our privacy.
