We we're just one night there, because it was so near to bruxelles, which we wanted to visit the next day. Otherwise we would have stayed longer. Alexis, the landlord ist a very, very nice Person. He helped us to find a very good Restaurant which we arrived by walking and gave us some helpful Insidertipps to visit belgium. We enjoyed the stay very much. The beds we're very backbonefriendly so we slept very well. The place was very quiet, no streetsounds and there were a lot parking places. We had two separate rooms which we're absolutely clean, nice. And big enough. There was water, tea and coffee for free use. It was wonderful. I travelled with my son-in-law from the USA and thanks Alexis he became a very good meaning of europeans hospitality and friendship, which he takes back home. If we return to belgium, for us there will be no other place we will choose for staying overnight. See ya next time and many thanks

This is an absolutely wonderful place. The hosts went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. It is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped and everything was in great condition. It is in a really nice area, with private parking and easy access by tram into Brussels. My favourite thing was being able to watch incredible sunrises from the balcony. What a treat staying here was. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent and the reception staff, especially Hussein and Amin, were very respectful, helpful and cheerful. The rooms are large and clean, the furniture and finishing are modern, the facilities are excellent and they provide coffee and water every day. Very much pleasantly surprised with this hotel, from the welcoming and very helpful staff to the good night's sleep and the lovely breakfast, it surpassed any expectations I may have had. The room was small with an open bathroom, and yet I never felt cramped or bothered by the layout. The room was simply but tastefully decorated, with a clean holiday vibe and a lot of natural light, the bed comfortable and the cleanliness up to par. The toilet in a sort of enclosed space was interesting :) but again for some reason was not bothersome. There is just a lot of thought behind the efficient layout. A very neat and original snack bar, with nice beers, organic snacks, delicious chocolate, and free sparkling/filter water. The breakfast was sufficiently varied and fresh, and the breakfast staff very efficient. The common areas' decor is so clean and cute, cozy and intimate, I really felt the true essence of a boutique hotel. Will definitely return when I travel back to Brussels.

    Very confortable apartment in a really nice location out of Brussels in a short distance from the Highway. We felt just like home in this cozy apartment, it had everything we needed and more. Was super clean at our arrival and all amenities were there, even some supplies to cook and wash laundry. We travelled with our little 1.5 year old daughter and we got a crib for her. I can definitely recommend this place for any family who wishes to visit Brussels or the many places nearby in Belgium or the Netherlands.

    A beautiful, very well equipped flat in a perfect location. It was quiet and central. Very clean! For us it was base camp during our house move and for that it was perfect! Nice hosts who allowed us an hour later check out - thanks again, that was very helpful!

    The host was very kind and came in 10 minutes after I called him as I thought I had problem pulling out the key from the lock. Actually, it was my mistake. The location was excellent - very close to a tram stop and less than 20 minute walk from the cemetery where I went every day to visit my husband's grave.

    Lovely room, large, very comfortable bed, nice lounge area incorporated in room with comfy chair and TV with access to UK channels. Very nice decoration and fittings, nice hot shower, attractive facilities throughout. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood of Brussels, so very peaceful, also convenient location for work near airport.
