A very unique concept. A B&B with self checkin/check out and no staff interaction. We had a booklet with every question answered and lots of helpful information. The Coco suite was lovely and quiet. There were 2 refrigerators in the dining room with a breakfast tray for our convenience. There were a couple of opportunities to commune with other guests. Overall a very enjoyable experience

A fantastic homestay, close to shops and restaurants, and not that far away from Launceston CBD. The rooms are reasonably large, very clean and equipped with all basic necessities. Small touches (like a cookie jar...) make me feel welcoming. The self-serving breakfast was simple, but tasty and abundant. Extra praise should be given to the hosts, who made my stay very pleasant and accommodated all my requests.

Our stay at The Humpy was exceptional. The place is located in a very quiet and peaceful place with a view of the nature, animals and a small lake. The place was very clean and our arrival and check-in very smooth - It’s just a 10 minutes drive to Launceston. Tim and Fiona are very nice and always available!

The cleaning staff came everyday and did a general clean but also replenished the water in the fridge and the shower gels in the bathroom. I arrived in the morning and the staff in reception were kind enough to take my number and message me when the room was ready so I could check in early. The smart TV was a nice way for me to just chill out and turn in for the night.

The unit was spotless, kitchen was well equipped, and furnishings were very comfortable. Location was ideal, close to shops and not far from the hospital, which was the reason for our stay at the villas. Booking staff were very friendly, and information on accessing the villa was clear and helpful. Highly recommend. Even though the villa was close to a busy road, it was quiet, with no traffic noise. Bed was very comfortable, and the bath was heavenly.
