Nice quiet place, just few steps from Schmirn village. The valley nicely placed within mountain surroundings. The house and accommodation is clean, warm and allaround new. Heating in the floors, comfy bathroom with bidet, kitchen well prepared for making your breakfast or dinner. You can also use sauna or outer bathtube. Bergeralm pistes are 15 minutes by car, in case of fog or rain you can visit 30 minutes distanced Vipiteno with pool and wellnes. The town is picturesque and there you can also enjoy good lunchtime.

This beautiful apartment is located in an old building with wood everywhere and which includes a cow farm. Inside it's all renovated and in excellent conditions. We loved the rural location, a small village of farmers with small cabins where to buy excellent diary/farm products. There's a bus every 15 minutes which connects you to Innsbruck's city center and when we were there our host gave us welcome cards provided in accordance with the tourism office which gave us free bus rides and other discounts. Very convenient! We believe the pictures don't really give justice of how cosy the place is. From the closed balcony (where the table is) you can view the mountains and the village church tower. It's very characteristic and all-around cozy. Our host was very hospitable and understanding of the kids' needs. Not for those who can't stand cows' "perfume"! :-)

This apartment painted a new picture of this beautiful land for me, who has traveled to Austria many times. Its unique and kind hosts, clean rooms and equipped with all the necessary things for travelers, the view of the mountains and the sound of cow bells are unique experiences. Its quiet and beautiful walking and cycling path that ends in a stall selling local products such as eggs and butter shows you and your kids a healthiest way to live and a small chapel facing the mountains fills everyone's heart with love. We were pleasantly surprised by the location. The view in front of the house is incredible. The owners were very hospitable and kind. The place is very peaceful and suitable for rest. The only inconvenience was that the bathtub in the bathroom is very narrow and can be dangerous. My friend had a little accident falling but luckily everything is fine. Other than that everything during our stay was wonderful!
